Any water touches these floors they swell. Sadly our case was a flood and this is the company that came in. You can hear every step everywhere. We clearly got the cheapest flooring they had and did a quickie job. I also had to pay for one room to be done so our condo flooring would match throughout. Here you can see where they cut short and try to hide it under a joint.

D&J did the flooring for my condo. I previously had a laminate and D&J took care of everything from the removal of the existing floor, the leveling of the sub floor and of course the supply and install of the engineered hardwood. One thing I can say is that I am very glad I paid for the leveling. Now the floor has no hollow spots and doesn't move at all. The crew were friendly, they arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished.
I dealt with Danielle from D&J and she was very professional. Her level of service was beyond what I would have expected. When I was unable to go to the D&J showroom to choose a product she brought me samples to look at and ultimately I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Danielle and the rest of the gang at D&J flooring.
