I got my floors from the Coral Springs location with the help of Rob A. The process was super easy from picking out the floors, to onsite measuring, to the installation day. It was a fantastic experience and communication was outstanding.

Mike, the manager, was amazing. He worked with my budget and his recommendations were great - he showed the different styles and price points and he's very knowledgeable about the product (carpeting in my case). He accommodated my time slot request for installation, no problem. Communication about how to prep, what to expect, appt confirmation, etc. was excellent. The installer, Billy, was very nice, fast, on time and the carpet looks great. I felt very confident with my choice of Dolphin. I never felt like I was being upsold or talked into something. Mike listened to me and made sure what I was getting was the right price and product for me. 10/10 would work with them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Plus, both Billy and Mike were fun people, made the whole process smooth and easy.
