Great service and the representatives paid us direct attention and was extra helpful. They searched their catalog and storeroom for our sample of flooring and gave us the closest match. Thank you to both of you, bc, we did show up around closing time.
Franz and crew were very easy to work with. I was referred to them by my painter, Brian @ Signature One Painting and he was spot on. Price was fair, they were very accommodating and the end result was excellent. The install by Mario’s crew was flawless. Clean joints, caulking and workmanship! I was very pleased and would highly recommend this team.(before and after photos, the gray is the new floors and paint.

From the moment I walked through the doors to this store the word I would use to describe how I felt would be “Welcomed.” All of the guys working in this store, Franz, Zack and Patrick are incredibly kind and knowledgeable people. They were always supportive of my decision making every step of the way. I genuinely felt like I were part of the family of lumber liquidators the way they took me under their wing during the shopping/deliberation of what to get/purchasing process. Not once did I feel as though I were being taken advantage of, I knew they were getting me the best price they could. Couldn’t be more happy with how my project turned out thanks to them. Not to mention the kind young man they have working the warehouse. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!
