The entire staff here in Norco were very patient and understanding with my wife and I as we struggled to make decisions. Despite our neverending questions each and every member we spoke to were knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. Great selection of LVP, wood laminate flooring, and tiles. Although I'd rather not have been forced to repair and remodel as we were, everyone here made it a lot less painful than it would have been otherwise.
We had the best experience shopping for our new master bedroom vanity. Jonathan made the process easy and affordable from the moment I called in to the time I picked up the vanity. 5 stars all the way!!!
I visited floor and decor and 8/23/25 and waited patiently for about 10 minutes to be checked out. There was only 1 person working at the cashier while others were wondering around FREE to what i can see. After another customer went behind me a lady apparently the manager looked at me and went on past me to help the customer behind me immediately when they came to check out. Totally ignoring that i have been there waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes. The only reasoning i can make of that is she assume i was with the customer in front, maybe because we’re both asian? It wasn’t obvious to me BUT i may be wrong. The point is it wasn’t busy and i had to wait that long for help when there were other ppl available especially her the whole time!This was upsetting i’ve never experienced this kind of poor quality of service at any floor and decor locations. This is the first and last time here. That manager Nina needs to be better trained in customer service especially taking in a manager role.
They have a very good selection of materials for tile and wood flooring. They also carry a very well rounded selection of miscellaneous accessories and materials to help you properly install in all circumstances. Their prices are very competitive how am for it is my experience, after making multiple purchases from them because I am a contractor, that often times the material is seconds. This of course is a little more difficult in a little more work to get it to look straight and sometimes you just have to accept the imperfections. I would recommend allowing A good installer to put this material in for you or try MS International in Orange where your licensed installer can get you a premium material at similar prices.
