Terrible customer service! Buy quantities, the floor have lots of defect, I asked to exchange; they took the money over a month, but no response at all. Not recommended.BAD EXPERIENCE.
Went here recently, purchased some material. They have great quality. I'm happy they don't used recycled core, too many other places use recycled core. Easy to install, great costumer service, would recommend to a friend.
Tried to get exchange due to quality issue, but got refused. The receptionist was pretty rude has bad attitude. Definitely will not purchase again, I had to file chargeback against them get the money back. I was really tired to deal with them.
