I am an installer, and met this company at a trade show. I have installed LVP flooring for many companies. Our first job with their product started to lift at the corners after only 4 months in a residence. We installed the product correctly, and visibly, all seams where tight also. When I had a claim in June 2020, for an Feb 2020 install, they said it was our fault, yet we had a well installed floor with all seams tight. They make a product that cannot be determined if it is completely clicked together, even when it looks perfectly installed.I honor my customers if we ever do something wrong, yet this mfg does not care about it's customers.
