This has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I've had.I initially asked Mike to go out to the store, count the tiles, and provide a quote for what needed to be replaced. We were supplying the tiles ourselves, since the store already had matching material on hand. At no point was it made clear that the quote provided by Hidden was for only ONE tile.After approval, the job turned into a mess of poor communication, cancellations, rescheduling, and lack of follow-up. Getting them back out after approval was a struggle in itself.When the technician finally showed up, I was shocked to see that only one tile was replaced. Even worse, the tiles directly next to it were also visibly damaged and left as-is, making the repair look incomplete and careless.Charging nearly $500 to replace a single tile-especially when the materials were already provided— while leaving surrounding damaged tiles untouched is completely unreasonable.What's even more concerning is that instead of making things right and sending his crew back to replace the other four damaged tiles, the owner's response was to tell me to "lose my number."That is not how a professional vendor handles a legitimate concern. It's honestly hard to believe that a company with a big reputation in the area would respond to a paying commercial client this way.I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone, especially for commercial work where communication, accountability, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Reece and his team did an excellent job refinishing our floors. They look lovely. The team was very professional in that they communicated their plan to us and finished on time. I appreciate that they were willing to put our fridge back. I highly recommend this company.
