Last week we had flooring installed by Flooring America in Davenport IA. The installation was excellent and smooth. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and polite.Especially helpful was Joe Ward who coordinated the installation. When we noticed that transition pieces between the tile and laminate did not match, he had us come to the store and select ones that did and ordered those. He’s also delivered a large rug we had made himself that had been left off the original delivery. Great customer service.
We had all the flooring in our home replaced after 10 years (vinyl plank + carpet). The staff was great to work with from the start. All the flooring arrived to the warehouse quicker than expected. Joe Ward coordinated the installation and final touches. Loved that he kept us well informed of the plans, timing and our final satisfaction. He even personally delivered a customized area rug to our home.Highly recommend.
I ordered the carpet installation in the living room and staircase. The Agent Mark was very attentive and polite. The price was affordable. Installer, Pablo showed up on time, worked very hard. The results were very high quality. I attached couple pictures. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a very high-quality job for affordable price.
This house was built 16 years ago and the carpet was shot - flattened pancake shot. It was well over due for a total makeover. Thanks to some excellent advice from Marco Rivera at Flooring America, we are very happy with the way the rooms were rejuvenated. It obviously needed some additional tweaks as well. You can actually almost feel the luxury in the picture of the bedroom carpet. Both carpets are excellent quality and thanks to the top notch padding feel great!We shopped many different carpet businesses before we found Marco. I must say, I have a hard time doing business with someone who reeks of cigarette smoke, which was typical of most. As a matter of business courtesy, they should know it's hard to hold a conversation with someone expelling air as they talk as if they just ingested a pack of cigs. That was not the case with Marco and right away I felt open to discussing options with him.I want to also give a shout out to the two men who installed both carpets. They were courteous, respectful, efficient and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. My living room carpet was not a typical install and they did a great job. I have total confidence in Marco and look forward to completing the update on the other bedrooms soon.
We had a wonderful experience with Flooring America. The selection was great, they beat competitor's prices, and did an amazing job. Marco and Dustin were helpful and attentive, and actually acted like they cared!! And Pat DeVine did the install, and rocked it! We are SO happy with our new tile.
