Service experience at this location was great. At the store two different representatives helped me with color and tile choices. I felt like I was their only customer and appreciated the help. A few days later I was worried I may have picked a grout color that didn't go (nerves) but I was out of town so couldn't go check. So I called the store and Christy actually took the time to compare the two grout colors against the tile and gave me opinions over the phone about what each grout color added to the look. I didn't have to ask, she just offered and did it. This eased my mind about my original choice. So impressed with the customer service at this location.
John did an outstanding job, listened carefully and was very attentive.while providing the whole turn-key solution in a seamlessly an easy process. He's extremely well verse and totally competent as per what to do on tile and remodel construction in the kitchen, bath space. This is seldom seen in today's market of larger "huge box retailers" .
