My wife spent months talking to all sorts of different people - getting opinions, prices, etc. Southern Floors was the best price, worked with us as we made our decision and was able to accommodate our aggressive schedule to complete the flooring project before Thanksgiving. Craig was excellent in handling the day-to-day logistics and was always wanting to make sure we were happy with the work and asked if we had any questions or concerns.Would highly recommend them. We had them demo our engineered hard wood and carpet and then install wood look tile and carpet.

Southern Floors was great! We had new wood floors installed over 2,000 sq ft and they turned out beautiful!! Perfect color and light scrape. Herringbone entry is amazing!Then 3 rooms with carpet and the best feeling ever!

I will say, the previous negative reviews do not reflect my experience with this company. My experience was very professional, timely and at the agreed price.I spoke with David prior to selecting this company about previous negative feedback. He explained each instance and was very thoughtful in his discussion with me.As for my actual review: we bought a builder grade home as a future rental and wanted the carpet removed from 3 bedrooms. David’s team continued the full plank hardwoods that were installed at the time of construction into the bedrooms.This job was completed as if it were originally installed at the time of the build. Great job, on time and left the job better than when they arrived. The crew was very respectful and considerate. My new go-to for flooring in the future.
