Maleah and Charlie absolutely turned around my entire day when we had a large tile crisis in a bathroom remodel. I needed all new everything the day I walked in due to having to replace brand new already installed floor. Maleah was SO incredibly helpful picking colors of grout, making sure I had all of the accessories I needed. She just really took charge of the chaos and made life & decisions easy and enjoyable. I’m so thankful for her assistance that day. It really made all the difference for the project, my outlook on it, and where I plan to buy flooring from hear on out. These two are experts - I highly recommend working with either one of them on your visit to the store. Thank you so much.

I always have a wonderful experience. Have floor and decor. If you can't find the flooring you're looking for or the prices all over town or out in this world, look here. This is where you're going to find what you're looking for. We initially looked at home Depot because they do installation but the price of the flooring there was over $3 a square foot. When you look at floor and decor the price was $1.99 a square foot. Such a difference. And honestly the patterns were way better. We had someone who was doing the installation for us and as price was amazing I couldn't afford the difference in the price. Even with the installation at home Depot the price was outrageous. This is where you need to go. If you're looking for flooring. Okay hands down.
We went in on Sunday to purchase tile for our bathroom project. David went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated his knowledge, he was so helpful explaining all the different types of tile and helped us pick out the perfect tile and all the items we needed.
I have purchased Wall Tile, Wall Panels, Stone and Flooring. Frank as been super helpful and friendly each time we have gone into the store!! ?? He goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need!! He was able to get us discontinued product shipped here from another store that had some available, so we could have the flooring we wanted!! We needed more boxes and he gave me his information and had me send him square footage of the rooms and he was able to provide me with how many more boxes I needed and sent me an estimate the same night!! And a discount!! Everyone always greets you when you walk in and makes sure you have been helped. Great place. I would recommend Frank for any Help or Questions!!
