I just wanted to write and state that Kase, Sara and so many others at royal flooring has been so nice and helpful with relaying our flooring. We will definitely be life long customers for Royal Flooring. They all have been so nice and helpful. We have not had much luck with this new house on other things so this was a nice change to finally get a company that cares so much about their customers and their company. They wanted to make things right and they went over and beyond to help us out and I highly recommend them for their flooring and any other products they have. 100% satisfied customers! We have purchased flooring and tile from Royal Flooring in the past. Most recently we purchased and had flooring installed in our home and our business. Both very big projects. Anthony has been great to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. We have been very pleased with not only the product, but also the service we have received. Royal Flooring has been excellent to work with and I highly recommend them. We are returning customers!

We finished our basement four years ago with LVP and Carpet from Royal Flooring. Royal Flooring was great in helping us pick it out and with the install. Fast forward to now, we had a flood in our basement over Thanksgiving and Royal Flooring came through big time in helping us get new flooring reinstalled. Their service was fantastic. Communication was great, they were quick and did high quality work. I cannot thank them enough, they went above and beyond.

Just need to express how grateful I am for the folks at Royal, They've assisted me with my business as well as my personal home. They let me know there was a hold up on delivery of materials when it occurred at my home, and communicated when the materials arrived. Got me on the docket right away and loved the install/ results. We built a new custom home and Royal flooring provided flooring 5100 sqft plus bath tile for 5 full bathrooms. Royal flooring has highly knowledgeable staff and made what normally is a very difficult process to make selections a very pleasurable experience. Their installers came in on schedule, performed a high quality install and finished on time. While we worked with many of the staff we have a special acknowledgement for Kate Kiester . She is a very good designer, took time to understand our tastes and desires. She made recommendations that fit well with all the other colors in our home. Inspite being a large install, She along with the Royal team helped me stay within budget without compromising quality. We had over 150 people attend our house warming and everyone appreciated the different flooring , transition and colors that all blended well together. A big appreciation for Kate and the Royal flooring team.
