We finished our basement four years ago with LVP and Carpet from Royal Flooring. Royal Flooring was great in helping us pick it out and with the install. Fast forward to now, we had a flood in our basement over Thanksgiving and Royal Flooring came through big time in helping us get new flooring reinstalled. Their service was fantastic. Communication was great, they were quick and did high quality work. I cannot thank them enough, they went above and beyond.

We built a new custom home and Royal flooring provided flooring 5100 sqft plus bath tile for 5 full bathrooms.Royal flooring has highly knowledgeable staff and made what normally is a very difficult process to make selections a very pleasurable experience.Their installers came in on schedule, performed a high quality install and finished on time.While we worked with many of the staff we have a special acknowledgement for Kate Kiester .She is a very good designer, took time to understand our tastes and desires.She made recommendations that fit well with all the other colors in our home.Inspite being a large install, She along with the Royal team helped me stay within budget without compromising quality.We had over 150 people attend our house warming and everyone appreciated the different flooring , transition and colors that all blended well together.A big appreciation for Kate and the Royal flooring team.
