I was ok with the DMV Canac until a month ago, approximately. At that time, I was not impressed at all with the reception service (female voice) I had to deal with.Also, their policy of charging 10% for 'manutention fees' if you have to return an item you purchased there, is not an incentive to shop there! (It is a small paragraph written at the bottom of your receipt).
The people were very helpful and friendly. They do what they can to make sure you find what you want. I will continue shopping there.
