“I arrived at the delivery location at 9:00 AM. It is now 12:00 PM and the delivery still has not been unloaded, despite the fact that I am the only truck here. Staff inside were just talking among themselves and showed no concern for my delivery or my time. There was no communication or sense of urgency. Drivers’ time should be respected. Very disappointing experience.”
Nice place to deliver. But will take truck loads by appointment only. Can park overnight but only one truck possible. Entry Doors closed. Open @7 but will take delivery on scheduled time. Thanks.
