Joel and his team did an amazing job on our flooring project. I hired them to do some flooring for us last year and I had a great experience, so I hired them again this year. Joel made the process very easy and straight forward. The installers got the work finished in a timely manner and left their work area very clean. Joel was also very patient with me being indecisive. Poor job on the shoe molding, they put large amount of caulking to cover the nail punches instead of paint which looks okay at the time of install. But eventually that caulking spots turned dark/black leaving the shoe molding really ugly. Understanding that there's extra cost for each linear foot of shoe molding install, Joel has denied to take care of this. Didn't expect this
Regarding your recent response: I have shared the screenshot that I have tried to you with in the warranty time. Also this is not coz of humid coz the shoe moulding is still looking good in the reset rooms that were installed by the builder. This is an issue only with places installed by your crew. However, this does not resolve the matter.

Joel and his team are honestly amazing. They helped us install our floor in our new house. We loved our result and asked if he would help change out our carpet as well.
