Floor & Decor

I've shopped Floor & Decor many times for many years. One thing that keeps bringing me back is selection and price. Went to another "tile shop" half way across town that was supposed to have a good selection. Nope they had lots of things you could order unlike Floor & Decor. Everything ive ever liked there they have had in stock and ready to go. The staff has gotten better over the years also. I feel like they are trying to be better and not just a there. Overall I would given them a 97%. That's a really high rating for me.

Kristen Hart at Floor & Decor was absolutely phenomenal to work with during our bathroom remodel. We were converting a traditional tub into a walk-in shower, and Kristen made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She helped us select the perfect materials, thoughtfully organized everything in a clear, easy-to-follow file format, and ensured all the pieces came together cohesively. Her attention to detail, design sense, especially 1/3 tile format is exquisite and final result made a huge difference Thanks to Kristen’s guidance, the end result is a beautiful, modern walk-in shower that exceeded our expectations. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out right. Highly recommend working with Kristen if you’re remodeling—she’s a true asset to Floor & Decor.

We have had the pleasure of working with Craig and he has been lovely to work with. We had to change the tiles for several bathrooms and our kitchen. He helped us from start to finish, with everything. He walked us through the designs, ensured we had extra tiles and materials and also advised us on what would be best in the house for us. We, not only enjoyed working with him, but he also made the entire experience smooth for us. I would highly recommend him and Floor & Decor. We will certainly work with them again in the future.

Floor and decor was awesome in helping us with our remodel. Craig Huffman, The design director in the The Hilliard location, really didn’t outstanding job and helping us figure out the right tile combination and what would work best for our project. Highly recommend.

I want to give a special shout out to Craig Huffman, designer at Floor & Decor Hilliard, OH. He assisted me with my tile choices for our bathroom, and we couldn't be more happy with the finished room. I almost walked out of the store with a "mistake" of my own making...Craig was amazing. Designing truly takes a special skillset and talent. Thank you Craig!!!!!, and Floor & Decor.
