“Rite Rug: two years of lies, damage, and endless excuses instead of real solutions.” Buyer Beware!!!It is now 2026, and what should have been a routine flooring installation has turned into a two year nightmare with Rite Rug.The original workmanship was unacceptable. The flooring transitions installed in my home did not match. Since then, there have been multiple failed attempts to “fix” the issue, each attempt creating more disruption and concern instead of resolution. After two years, the problem still is not properly corrected.Communication has been inconsistent and contradictory. At one point I was told a matching transition “could not be found,” only to later be told one could be located. That kind of confusion and shifting explanation has defined this entire experience.I have been patient. I have tried to work toward resolution in good faith. But no homeowner should have to spend two years chasing a company to correct installation errors and follow through on commitments.If you are considering Rite Rug, understand that my experience has involved poor workmanship, prolonged delays, and a lack of accountability. I simply want the job completed correctly.Two years is far too long for any customer to wait.

We were very happy with our floors and the install by Rite Rug. We've received several compliments on our Colonial Oak floors. We were not the first install of the day, which made us nervous for how big we thought our job was, but the installers got it done in one day and they look great!
We went through Rite Rug on Sawmill Rd and Rick not only worked on the price with us, but he delivered on his promises! Installer came on our day off, and one man installed our entire upstairs by himself. We were so impressed with the results! We will never shop anywhere else again. Rick and his team are the best of the best! Cream of the crop! We couldn't be happier! Please don't mind our mess in the pictures. The carpet looks great and it feels great. Very secure.
