I can not rate this company highly enough! They got me an estimate appointment quickly and brought their samples to my house. Bobby was efficient, made sure to educate me about what I was buying and made informed suggestions to help me make choices. I was quoted nearly HALF the price other places had quoted for lower quality carpet so I splurged a little and got a nicer carpet. The installation team was also very informative and professional and did my whole place in just over 3 hours! When I pointed out places that looked like they needed tightened they didn't argue they just got the tools and made sure I was happy. And the carpet itself is gorgeous and so soft! I could not be happier and I will recommend this company to everyone.
Bobby was so kind when he came to measure, and he was quick. He helped me pick the right color carpet for my home, and even had samples ready to show. The carpet came in quickly (about two weeks) and we’re installed the same week. José And the rest of the guys installing were so kind, quick, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They even had their own vacuum to clean up when they were done. I would definitely recommend soft touch carpet. The quality is great and they do a great job!
