Flooring by Alex & Alex

We had our kitchen flooring as well as living room, dining room, and hall carpeting replaced by Alex and Alex. Alex was willing to work with us on a special order for the carpeting, and he and his teams were very professional and efficient in completing the job as promised in the contract. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Been here two times and the same note always at the door. Called and said he would meet me here at 2pm. This guy never showed or called back. Other time he said he would call on his way back to his showroom and never called. What a waste of time.

Flooring by Alex is a top-rate flooring company here in northeast El Paso!!! They get a little busy this time of year so you have to be patient. But once all the details are worked out, they come to your home and in the blink of an eye your floors are transferred don't get me wrong, they're not cookie Cutters they really get down to the details, if there are any glitches they have great customer service and they will come and fix any slightest little detail. Mr Alex himself will come over and get on his hands and knees and fix the slightest little detail and if he's not available hey will send someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful! This is a five-star company in I highly recommend Flooring by Alex!!!

I have rental homes and buy and sell homes as well. I had previously gone to other flooring businesses to get estimates and would spend a lot of time trying to get the best price. This ended up being a waste of time because Alex was consistently offering me the best prices. So now, I only call him when I need an appointment. I have had him install laminate wood flooring, carpet, tile, showers, tub enclosures, wood floors, and even refinish existing wood floors in several homes. Every job has turned out the way I wanted and the prices were good too.
