Glenda at CFM deserves a 5 star. Recently we ordered tiles from CFM for a home bathroom remodel project with Glenda's big help. I can't be more grateful for Glenda's professionalism and her devotion to her customers. She was so patient with my ideation phase, iteration of selection. She has the keen eyes to notice the subtle difference between colors (warm white or blue/cold white). She has the sharp mind for details ---making sure the width of the boarder matches the thickness of the tiles. She gave good advice on selections (based on distance of shipping, availability, and value.) Once we locked down the selections, she called each supplier to make sure they have enough inventory for timely shipping. Thank you Glenda.

We’ve never gone through the process of replacing carpet and flooring in our home, so our learning curve was HUGE. My husband and I walked into Contract Furnishings Mart (Everett location) and were fortunate to link up with Heather Waters who is everything you’d ever want in a sales associate: knowledgeable and informed about the products, patient (and non-judgmental) with our ignorant questions — and so kind when we asked her to repeat herself because our brains were on overload! She was so helpful with the entire process. We appreciated the way she listened to our concerns and gave us “real life” experience with the products and very helpful suggestions and alternatives. We even went to one of the competitors (for comparison shopping) and returned to CFM because the customer service was so much better. We highly recommend this place!
