I was so pleased with the selection and the quality of the products used in my home (carpet and vinyl plank). I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because the staff is knowledgeable and helpful once in the showroom, however customer service over the phone is nonexistent. Good luck ever getting a call back or update on installs.

We purchased a house in Fairhope from the Huntsville area, and the house had nasty carpet that needed replacing. Being out of town and trying to coordinate flooring work getting done before we moved in, when everyone was busy, was a nightmare...until we found Bay Flooring. Deidra was very accommodating and was able to get us an estimate and find the commercial vinyl flooring that we wanted and get it installed for us, all within the timeframe that we needed. We had once small issue and we contacted Deidra, who sent Tristan out to fix it. The overall experience with Bay Flooring was 5-stars, and we highly recommend them.
