Update: It isn’t about FREE flooring we can afford to purchase new, it’s about how rude Blair was yesterday and today. I was told repeatedly you stand behind your customers….I asked did you not stand behind your product. Again I was told you stand behind your customers. I suppose the flooring you installed must have been bought at Big Lots since there is no warranty on it. I’ve never bought flooring that didn’t have a warranty. I invite you to come look at the flooring. If that’s how you want your business of 28 years represented then good for you. But I would be embarrassed.
