My husband and I are shopping for flooring. We stopped in at Carpet One. We were in the store for over 15 minutes and we were never greeted. There were 2 associates working with 1 customer. Both associates looked over at us, but neither associate acknowledged us in any way. Not even a, Hello, we'll be with you shortly. We could hear the conversation with the customer, as the associates had small talk with them about kids, weddings, etc, while occasionally looking in our direction, but said nothing to us. They could have the best flooring in town and we will take our business elsewhere.
We have used Carpet One twice over the last few years. Once for wall to wall carpet of our entire first floor and this week and area carpet custom cut and service was great.

Another awesome job from Diana and her team. The Customer service was outstanding. One of the few companies that keeps you posted on times and dates. The insulation was also great. Richard and his team kept the mess down, cleaned up after themselves and did a great install. This was our second time using Carpet One and we will be back next time flooring is needed!
