I worked with Corbin at Kaleidoscope Floors, and he was an excellent salesman. He helped us find the exact luxury vinyl plank flooring we needed, and when we realized a couple of weeks later that we needed a transition strip, he took care of us at no charge. That kind of kindness and customer service really stood out.Kaleidoscope Floors is a great family-owned company—they’re flexible, too, since you don’t have to use their install services if you prefer to do it yourself. They’ll gladly sell you the flooring without pressure, and their professionalism and customer care make them a company I would highly recommend.

Their showroom has a great selection ranging from affordable to high-end & their install team tackled a very challenging installation with expertise & care. Very transparent from the start. My wife and I went to most flooring stores in FW looking when we started shopping for our house. We ended up choosing Kaleidoscope solely because of Corbin. Everyone had relatively the same floors at the same prices so it was about which store gave us the best feeling. The attention to detail, product knowledge, and customer service displayed by Corbin was exponentially better than any other "sales rep" at any other store. If he said he was going to do something, he did it and followed up with us in a timely manner. He even had them hold our flooring in their warehouse for about 2 months until we were ready. The day we picked it all up, the truck we rented couldn't hold the weight of a pallet and Corbin helped hand load box after box onto the truck, when he could have just said it's on you to sort this out.10000000/10 would recommend them to anyone shopping for floors, and would tell them to go directly to Corbin.
Best service ever! I felt like I had personal shoppers! Love my new tiles in my bathtub surround. A couple boxes came in damaged, they replaced it with ease. Best service ever!
Great and friendly staff!! We got our vinyl kitchen floor and living room carpet installed over 4 years ago and they are holding up great! I am SO grateful we went to Kaleidoscope for our carpet. The quality is far better than regular home store carpet. Whenever we have our carpets cleaned, the company we use always comments on how well our carpet looks and holds up from year to year and we have 3 kids a dog and high traffic areas!
