I ordered 14 boxes of LVP flooring and 6 arrived with obvious damage. I called and filed a claim, and the company sent 3 replacement boxes. Unfortunately, during installation, I discovered that 4 of the sealed boxes also had hidden damage — corners and edges crushed, and several pieces marred from the metal shipping straps.
This caused major delays and wasted effort since we had to stop the install and remove what had already been laid due to not having enough usable flooring. I ended up having to purchase replacement product from another vendor just to complete the job.
While the staff were polite and the prices competitive, the amount of shipping damage — both visible and hidden — is simply not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a store where you can inspect the flooring in person before purchasing. Stay away from this company! If they respond to this you will likely see blame placed on the shipping company, or that you can use broken pieces. Well maybe use a different shipping company and good luck accounting for visible and unknown damage in your waste calculation.
