Came in today to purchase a lot of tile for 3 showers, Jessica went above and beyond to help us setup our huge order through the pro desk since we did not order ahead and stayed with us to ensure it went smoothly to the end. Everyone here was very kind and helpful but when you come ask for Jessica and she will give you the best service!

Kyle, flooring, was ahh--mazig! took time, literaly. We were looking for laminate & were advised on LVP...we had no idea what LVP is. Kyle came to help, explain, go out of way to show & provide details on all availability. We were 'just looking'. We ended up knowing the difference between laminate and vynil wood looking flooring AND finding our perfect LVP flooring, padding, and exact macthing stairs ...all THANKS to Kyle.
These past few days I've been buying materials at Floor and Decor, and at this particular store, I've been very impressed with the customer service. They are friendly, charismatic, patient, and have a great knowledge of the products, their uses, and their location. I will definitely be returning to this store. I ordered tile online and it was ready the next day. Super easy to pick up - they have designated parking for pick up so you don’t even have to go through the whole store. The pickup process was smooth and very fast. The employees were friendly and several that passed by made sure I was taken care of. Very happy with the price as well - I price compared and they were cheaper than competitors.
