We had a five-star experience with Floor Source and Eddie. He was professional and helpful every step of the way… from sorting through the different products to helping us troubleshoot and find solutions when the unexpected happened.We had several complications with our new house that impacted the flooring installation, but Eddie was a lifesaver through it all. He helped me process different options for how to address the issues, and he even offered to take on some work outside the scope of the project (for a super reasonable fee) to make sure everything could still happen on our timeline and as seamlessly as possible. And it did.The new floors look great and I will definitely be giving Eddie a call whenever we have flooring needs in the future!
I contacted Eddie to get a quote to replace our laminate flooring after a flood in our home. A national chain quoted us $8,000 to replace only half our flooring and likely have an ugly site line through the middle of our floor. Eddie suggested we file an insurance claim and helped us through the whole process. He did most of the leg work with insurance communication and got us as much money as possible to replace the entire first floor with about the same out of pocket. His professionalism is refreshing in a era of hard to reach contractors and the craftsmanship is outstanding. His team, Nacho and Jorge, are A+ also. They even let our dogs out of their cage during the day for bathroom breaks! :) We will definitely reach out to Eddie again when it's time to do the upstairs!

Eddie explained the installation process with his team, and had a wide variety of vinyl flooring options to choose from. Eddie was extremely respectful, responsive, and professional during the entire installation process. Eddie kept me updated during the entire install as well. The floors turned out great!
