Fremont Tile & Carpet

Excellent Service and Professional Installation I had a fantastic experience with Fremont Carpet and Tiles. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional. I visited their store on a Monday afternoon, met Owner Habib , picked out the carpet I wanted, and within 30 minutes, he had scheduled a same-day measurement. One of the owner Obaid came to my home, measured the area, and provided a quote on the spot. I accepted the quote, and they immediately placed the order with the warehouse in L.A. I even received a follow-up call on Tuesday to update me on the shipment status and to schedule installation. By Wednesday morning, their installation crew arrived right on time at 8 AM. Since I had recently installed new closet , Obaid personally came with a handyman to remove the doors and protect the closets with plastic to avoid any damage. I really appreciated that extra level of care and attention. On Thursday morning, they returned to complete the final room. In just four days, the entire carpet installation was completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The crew was professional, polite, and respectful throughout. I’m very pleased with both the service and the product, and I highly recommend Fremont Carpet and Tiles to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

I got flooring, flower wall tiles, grout, etc. from Fremont Tile & Carpet. Habib was very helpful, laying out tiles on a large table with better lighting, for me to visualize what I had. He gave insight on warm and cool colors and explained how lighter colors tend to pop out more when placed by a dark color, and advised going with the lighter grout and sealant. I found his advice very useful in everyday applications and appreciated it very much. He helped with estimating how much material is needed, additional materials (baseboard, T-molding, grout, etc) and was very communicative in the shipping and delivery process. He has your back and will report any issues to the supplier and resolve them without your need to get involved. He was very kind and respectful to me and my contractor and also accommodating in material pickup. I enjoyed working with Habib and had nothing but pleasant interactions. I will definitely be coming again should I need any more tiles! Thank you!!

Fremont Tiles & Carpet is truly a hidden gem in Fremont. Here, you'll discover a wide array of unique tile designs. Habib, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable in design. He not only assisted us in selecting the perfect tiles but also provided valuable insights into tile designing for both our kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend paying a visit to this store before finalizing your selection.

We recently needed to select tiles for a newly added bathroom. We talked to Habib who was very patient explaining to us about the tiles that we would need for both the shower pan and bathroom floor. He was great in advising us about the number of tiles we would need as well. He is great to work with and you can tell he has a lot of experience in this industry. I would definitely recommend buying your tiles from this store.

We had excellent customer service experience with Obaid and Habib when we purchased tiles for our bathroom remodeling. It's our first remodeling experience and we had no idea what to look for the first time when we walked in the store. Obaid was so patient and professional to show us how to get started. When we had questions, he's always there to answer and guide us with his experience in the industry. Habib helped us to do the math for our measurement and quantity of order. The tiles are with top quality with nice selections of styles. Delivery was on time. We would recommend Fremont Tile & Carpet to our friends if they're looking for high quality tiles, wide variety of selections and good customer services.
