The Floor Gallery Fremont

I recently worked with Eli and her amazing team at The Floor Gallery to completely redo the flooring and tile in all three of our bathrooms, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the very first visit, Eli was fantastic: incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely excited to help us bring our vision to life. She has a wonderful eye for design and gave us insightful recommendations that maximized every inch of space in each bathroom (especially the smaller ones!). She guided us toward beautiful, high-end materials that look even better installed than they did in the showroom. What really stood out was the all-in-one pricing. No surprise add-ons, no nickel-and-diming as the project went along; everything was clear and upfront, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Eli and her team were professional, tidy, and a pleasure to have in our home from start to finish. If you’re looking for stunning results, expert design advice, and a truly enjoyable renovation experience, I highly recommend Eli and The Floor Gallery. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathrooms! Thank you, Eli!

We recently worked with Helei and The Floor Gallery for a comprehensive home remodel and we are extremely satisfied with the results! The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The team was professional, reliable, and communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring the project was completed within budget. Our home looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation. We highly recommend their services to anyone considering a home remodel!

We recently had the immense pleasure of collaborating with The Floor Gallery in Fremont, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience and the stunning results! Upon entering their showroom to explore SPC flooring options for our home, we were greeted by a welcoming and knowledgeable staff who made us feel right at home. One of the first questions I asked was whether they handled the installation, and I was relieved to hear that they did. Our initial plan was simply to upgrade our flooring, but as we discussed our renovation ideas with their team, we decided to expand our project to include the bathroom, kitchen, fireplace, and several other areas. A pivotal moment in our renovation journey was when the owner, Helei, visited our home for an evaluation. She is an exceptional interior decorator with a keen eye for detail. Helei suggested utilizing the pantry space for the fridge, which significantly enlarged our kitchen. Her expertise and genuine passion for her work shone through, and she flawlessly brought her vision to life. The installation process was nothing short of seamless and professional. The team arrived promptly, worked diligently, and exhibited exceptional attention to detail. They treated our home with the utmost respect, ensuring it was immaculate and tidy before they left. What truly distinguishes The Floor Gallery is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the installation to ensure everything was perfect and to address any questions we had. Their dedication to excellence and outstanding customer service made this a truly remarkable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend The Floor Gallery in Fremont to anyone seeking top-notch flooring, any kind of renovation and superb service. They have undoubtedly earned my 5-star rating, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

We worked with Helei on fully remodelling our first home, and it was an amazing experience - her company acted as a general contractor and at the same time a one stop shop for choosing and ordering all the materials, from floors to faucets and handles. Our project took a while because of huge delays in permit processing by the city, and we appreciate the patience and resilience Helei brought to the process, working with the architect and city officials on getting our structural changes approved. We're also very glad that Helei advised us to not buy an IKEA kitchen and order it from her partner company - the quality of the cabinets is really way better than IKEA, and we worked personally with the kitchen designer she provided to us. I know that we're probably not the easiest clients, since we really wanted to have lots of things done perfectly, so I'd like to thank Helei and all the people who worked on our project for their patience, understanding and professional approach to all the details. Will definitely recommend you to our friends :)

Helei undertook the project of remodeling our entire house. Despite delays in permits, she finished it in record time for us and we couldn't be happier. Her expertise and years of experience in interior design were evident with the clean, open floor plan she designed for us. Additionally, she also took care of our landscaping. If you have ever seen any of those home renovation shows(think Property brothers, Flip or Flop), that's exactly the kind of magic she did on our house..thank you!
