Dan and Dixie were amazing! I can be a tough customer being in the high-end decorating business myself. We absolutely LOVE our new floors! I found them to be fair, honest, patient, and very knowledgeable. They were flexible with their scheduling. The tear out and installation went exactly as explained without a problem. We were beyond impressed! Michael and I are glad we picked and trusted them for this project. Thank you Dan and Dixie.
The worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. Between the lies, the non responses from text and calls were unbelievable. I am not in the business of just giving money away, they tried to take my money with nothing in return. After waiting for “blueprints” for 5 months I requested my money back via text and voice messages. No one returned my calls. I finally showed up at their place of business on a Saturday and was lied to my face about my blueprints. On Monday I was told my refund was left at the front door. It was a check for 1/2 of what I gave them and pencil drawings they had blown up at Miller Blueprint's downtown. What they called blueprints. I reached out to the owners again about it and have never heard back.In a nut shell they lie, take your money, give you false quotes and should be out of business. In my opinion.
Bathroom remodel started the project in May of 2022 and finally finished by December of 2022. Walls installed were not straight in master. Shower floor had to be re-done after discoloration in the grout was a problem. Organizing the workers was poorly managed. Contractor would not communicate any timelines and workers would show up unexpectedly and other times the workers would not show up at all. We had to basically manage the project ourselves. Calls were not returned when questions were asked. 2 bathroom remodel where the countertops were to be the same. That did not work out and had to install different tops due to poor general contractor efforts.
Revising my earlier review that was written at a frustrating time. Eagle Home Store is very worthy of 4 stars. This project lasted many months -- including my surgery delay -- but some unexplained delays. I stand by my earlier review comment to a homeowner: get product selections in writing for your benefit and theirs. Fact is: Dan, Dixie, Dara are experienced professionals. I have beautiful painted kitchen cabinets and two beautiful remodeled bathrooms. I am pleased.
