Stopped by the FnD Georgetown location looking to pick and short list tile designs for a Bathroom Renovation project. While I came in with a certain design idea in my head, I soon realized that the tile options I was going for wasn't fully cohesive. Along came Chelsea, who pleasantly and patiently helped me in going over all design and color scheme options with the concept I was interested in and after almost 1hr, she had wonderfully curated a cohesive package of Bathroom tile design that fully resonated with me. Fully appreciate her help and her personal interest she took to get my project moving in the right direction. What can I say? I went to the floor and decor store in cedar Park and was horrified by the way they treated me.I was horrified by the way. They treated everyone that went in.I tried this new floor in decor in Brandon. Made find everything I needed for a shower. Take 30 minutes. It was such a breath of fresh air.He explained to me the water type in my district and why it might affect some of my choices. It was amazing.Heidi, the design consultant liked my choices and told me that it was a safer choice.The store manager Gary is exactly what you want to see in a leader.The whole experience of buying everything I needed for my bathroom made me realize I will only shop at this floor and decor for the rest of my life and I highly recommend you do the same.An amazing experience all around.
Fantastic customer service from the time I walked into the building to when I returned to make a purchase. All the staff were kind and friendly, genuinely interested in my office project. They asked me questions and encouraged I think of new ways to enhance my wellness space. My post is about the amount of garbage in the area behind the store. I was walking back there and couldn't believe how trashy the wooded area behind the store was. I would like to think that huge companies like this could set up a volunteer program to keep the area back there clean. No it may not be your property but it does reflect on your company. The pictures don't begin to reflect the number of bottles and cans back there.
