Talked to several big box store companies about flooring but nothing was fitting. Someone recommended Mills Direct, so I got ahold of them. Jim came out, walked us through the process and the next day we had everything on the books. Super impressed with everything. The team was fast and the new floors look fantastic. Highly recommend!
Very good selection and excellent service from Mill Direct. We hired them to lay beautiful engineered hardwood floors, and a few bathrooms of tile, over our entire house. Their selection was not overwhelming to peruse and had a bit of everything. Jennifer was top notch with her answers to all of our questions, with follow-ups and knowledge. Eric and his crew did such a wonderful job laying the floors, even when they had to replace all of the subfloors throughout the old home. They did a very nice job with our baseboards, trim work and stairs, as well. I would highly recommend them. They're a small business with really good service.

We are so pleased with our new floors and the professional service we received from Mill Direct. Several weeks ago, they installed about 1000 sq. ft of wood and tile in our home. Jennifer was extremely helpful in guiding us to just the right products for our home. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew that did the demolition of the old floors and installation was led by Mario and they were also professional and pleasant to deal with. We plan to use Mill Direct again next year when we remodel our master bath.
