Siena refinished our 75 year old hardwoods and they turned out so beautifully, everyone who has seen them is impressed. They were professional, on time, and even offered to begin our job earlier than initially scheduled - we are so pleased! We got several quotes and Siena was the most knowledgable, they really know what they were doing. We’re so glad we chose to work with them.

We just had our floors of our entire house refinished by Siena floors. We couldn’t be more pleased. Their timely manner and attention to detail, including stairs, corners, working around cabinet trim, was much appreciated. I wasn’t sure about my color choice, but Mark gave us some options ( on our wood) which was so helpful. We love the results!

Brad and Gary, the installers for our dining room floor, were fantastic! They were friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled. The new floor looked flawless when they finished, and they left the dining room spotless. The wood vents they custom-cut into our existing floor were a perfect match.

During the remainder of the week, Mark and Jose came to handle the finishing work, and they were amazing. Mark’s years of experience really stood out when my wife and I started second-guessing our color choice. He suggested an option we hadn’t considered, and it turned out better than we imagined. Mark and Jose were punctual, hardworking, and meticulous. Even when I requested a last-minute change, Mark reassured me, saying, “It’s important to us—and to Todd, the owner—that you get the floor you want.” And they made it happen!

I also had the chance to meet Todd and the rest of the team in the office, and everyone was a pleasure to work with. There was no stress, no broken promises, and no surprise charges—just an honest, local company with great people.

Todd and his team did an outstanding job both installing new wood on the landings of my steps, as well as, sanding down and refinishing my hardwoods. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded.
