Floor & Decor

Today my husband and I had a great experience with floor and decor. Kim our sales person was Kind and Very Patient. She really took her time with us, after making several trips back to the store Kim patiently helped us make our final decision! We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson!

We had the very best experience today with Naeem. He was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable while we shopped for 3 bathrooms of tile and a fireplace wall. Highly recommend you asking for him if you are headed to this location. He definitely made our shopping experience stress free.

Today we visited the Floor & Decor location in Greensboro. The gentleman at the front who greeted us and asked about applying for a credit card was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.
We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, quickly located the item, and confirmed it was in stock. After requesting assistance to purchase it, we went up front to wait for checkout. We waited for quite a while with no communication, so we eventually walked back to see what was taking so long.
The employee who had retrieved the vanity with a forklift informed us that it was scratched. He showed us the box, which was visibly damaged from the forklift, and unfortunately the vanity had a large scratch. We were then told there were no more in stock.
We found another vanity we liked and checked online, which showed two available in stock. However, no one could locate them. We asked for assistance from a group of employees standing at the front. Two employees went to look but never returned or updated us. After searching for them, we found another associate who contacted one of the employees, only for us to be told they couldn’t find the item.
The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen and inventory can be off, but being left waiting without updates and having to repeatedly track down assistance made for a very frustrating experience.

This store is phenomenal in the customer service experience! I was greeted by Kim and she stayed with me to help me select product for my entire kitchen and bathroom renovations! She is and extremely valuable employee and Floor and Decor is a fantastic place to shop for all your flooring/tile needs and more!

marvelous experience, I have been buying tile from floor and decor since they opened up. my clients and I were at a standstill with picking tile for a large project, we met Jj at the designer services and the experience was from another world literally. Jj demonstrated skills that are not easily learned. The relief and weight off my shoulders that it brought me knowing jj guided my clients to pick out tile is priceless. I’m a customer for life !!!!
