Impact Flooring recently pulled up 22 year old carpet from a hall, 3 bedrooms & 3 closets; the lay engineered wood flooring that was a close match to what I had in the main part of my house. The 3 guys did a fabulous job! They were polite, neat & did an awesome job. We are SO pleased with our "new" house & the price was right! Thank You Impact Flooring!!
Little details left messed up. Make excuses, but talk a big game. Just FIX MY FLOOR! For $8000.00 you can fix the little things. Oh, and they suck at trim. No excuse!
What a mess!! Don't hire these folks!! They didn't finish the hardwood floor they were supposed to finish. Their contractors left a mess inside and outside my home. Also drove through my front yard. And later I discovered that their contractor cut my cable line coming up from under the floor. They gave me a big ole 10% off my final bill. I still was charged too much for my 1100 sq ft of floor. If you can't do a job right the first time, why bother?!
The process was seamless! Erin was EXCELLENT! The crew that was sent out was wonderful. They moved the furniture, cleaned up well, and matched the wood floors perfectly to the color of the wood floors in the rest of the houseI I can’t say enough about this company .. except I wish I had found them sooner!! I’ve added a before and after picture of our bedroom (and closets were done as well) that was done.
