Buyer Beware!!!!!!! We purchased 10 cartons of Bellawood Vineyard Haven Solid Oak Hardwood on 9-25-25 to do 1 room in a house that had the same hardwood in the rest of the house. To say that I am disappointed in the product and the service from Lumber Liquidators would be a gross understatement. First of all for a 10 carton order we were shipped 3 different production runs. The milling was atrocious which made installation very difficult. The joints would not get tight. Fast forward to now.... A claim was filed and promptly denied by a lady in an office who if I had to guess has never handled a box of hardwood much less installed any. Its bad enough to pay $9 a sqft for an inferior product but to not stand behind said $9 wood is horrible.

Buy From Lumber Liquidators at your own risk and if you have a problem don't expect any resolution. You have been warned

We had flooring from LL installed 15 years ago when we moved into our townhouse. Held up very well with a kid and dog over the years but we wanted a change. Fast forward 15 years later and the refresh looks amazing! Scratch resistant and waterproof much better than the old floor ever was. Installation was very fast start to finish only took 2 and a half hours.

Steve helped me select the right color for the bathroom we redid… He also brought out some items that I purchased to my car; without me needing to get out of the car… I am disabled in a wheelchair. Devon helped with organizing my order and getting it delivered promptly. Alan did an excellent job delivering the planking, but also remembered that he delivered to me from a project two years earlier.… It’s excellent customer service when people remember you.

I’d really rather leave no stars. At first everything went well decent price. Two months after the install the floor is warped and pitted etc starting to move. Installers are contacted per instructions from branch manager jason. They come back and promptly tear out the kitchen floor stating there is water underneath. We have had no leaks and it is confirmed to me by that same manager that the reason for that water is the job was sold improperly without caulk etc and that it would be handled. Then a few days later after no contact from their installer with Watson I’m informed it’s too much for the branch to handle and that customer service would be handling the repairs. No problem expect the customer service agent claims jason was incorrect and there’s nothing covered under warranty to fix. Basically I get an oops I was wrong from jason and I wish we could help sorry. I’m currently on hold as I type right now because apparently I’m not allowed to speak to the region manager either. Extremely poor customer service and overall quality treatment from human being to human being. I’d steer clear of these guys unless you prefer your subfloor to whatever is currently on top.
