From the first day I spoke with Seaton Trotter about my sewage backup issues in both bathrooms, I knew he was listening and hearing me. He assured me that all would be fine and his team would take care of it. We met to pick out vanities and flooring that wouldn’t clash with existing shower tile.I cannot emphasize enough the professional level of workmanship from beginning to end! I am so happy with my new rug in my den! My room is very long--I needed a custom-sized 12 x 20 area rug. Trotter Brothers really helped me in the decision-making process and never rushed me to make a choice. I took countless samples home, and they even ordered more for me to try. They have so many carpet options to choose from in every price point. Darlene was especially helpful in deciding on the binding color. The people who delivered my rug were very professional and did a great job. They moved all my furniture, rolled out the pad and carpet and made sure that I liked the placement of the rug before they put my furniture back in the room. In the past, I have ordered flooring for my kitchen and later more for my laundry room which they installed. Top-notch family business! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
