Sam finished our 1910 Maple Hardwood Floors and he did the most incredible job with such attention to detail and pride in his work, it is difficult to find such incredible craftsmanship these days
I rarely write reviews but in this case it’s well deserved. I’ve hired Sam over a dozen times over the last 10 years or so. He's refinished floors in rental units, high end remodels, and installed and finished oak flooring throughout my home. I’ve recommended him to friends and family and in every instance he has done excellent work quickly. He is hardworking, knowledgable, and has a high standard for quality.There’s a well known phrase in construction: “You can have it done fast, well, or inexpensively: choose two.” It is rare to find a contractor who does all three but that is the case here.One thing I’d like to mention for anyone who’s not familiar with floor refinishing is that it’s important to know what to expect from floor refinishing alone. While refinishing will always dramatically improve the appearance of your floors, the condition of your existing floors will play a role in the final outcome. Dark stains, large gaps, warping, deep gouges, etc. will determine whether or not your floors will look perfect. That being said, even severely tired and warn out old oak flooring can look great after refinishing.Cheers!
SAM did amazing quality of work on out Stair case and the floors, very detailed and precised, great advised on materials, a great pleasure have Sam doing the floors for our house, trustworthy and punctual, highly recommended for any Wood Flooring projects and Stair cases
