Had a great experience with picking out new carpet for our stairs with George as well as the install by Matt. Everyone was super friendly, quick to answer our questions and easy to deal with. Install was professional and thorough. Matt went above & beyond. Would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. The sales rep pointed me to the general area where the hardwood flooring I wanted to purchase was and walked away without offering to help me locate it, answer questions, etc. The second rep said there was no sample and left without offering to help me find something comparable, or to otherwise assist me in any way. It’s clear they decide who to help and give their time to based on who they think has money and is there to spend it. They got it wrong and they lost me and anyone I know as a customer now and in the future. If you want good service and to be treated like you matter as much as other customers I’d suggest you go somewhere else.
Had Alexanians carpet cleaning over on Friday September 05 / 25 . Carlos showed up on time and started his work quickly which was fine . He parked his van in our driveway but unfortunately left a stain in the driveway it seems fluids from the cleaning process leaked out of the hose and stained the driveway . 2) as I booked online it allowed me to apply a 15% discount but after the service was provided no discount was applied . They said because this was the minimum charge . No where on there website indicates this . It almost feels like a scam . Alexanians was informed and no remediation was performed or offered. I would not recommend them based on this experience. I do have video showing the driveway before the van and no stain on driveway with the van being there and you can actually see the liquid from the hoses and that is the exact place where the stain is. The cleaner said it came by on Saturday and did not see a stain , hard to miss when it’s 3’ x 5 ‘. I checked my video surveillance and as far as I could see didn’t even drive by , he certainly did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I did call Alexanian’s and made an appointment for Monday September 15th at 3 pm . He showed up at 1:00 pm . Luckily my wife was home and showed him the stain . He said it was not a stain but actually cleaner then the rest of the asphalt.I guess he figured bullshit baffles brains . He did scrub it and wash it down with hot water but the stain is still there . If you google does rug cleaning solution stain asphalt the answer is yes . Alexanians refusal to own up to there mistakes and try to intimidate us is sad . 1) They have been in business many years yet only 250 google reviews this indicates a company that scrubs there reviews , do not trust them stay away 2) They said that discounts are only on anything above there minimum charge however when I booked there website allowed me to include the discount code and showed me a revised price . They also offer 10% off if you register your email with them but I guess this would not apply again if you were only getting the minimum which was $189 + Tax .I would encourage all seniors to stay away from them .
