They did an amazing job on our office after it flooded! Above and beyond! Damien did a great job keeping the workers on task and got it done quickly.
They have great customer service, always willing to help and a lot of variety.
One of the worst experiences with a "professional company". Company contracted an outside worker for the job (job entailed: installing solid wood flooring, sanding, and staining). Installment of wood floors was for one room alone (add on room that did not have existing floors) - sanding & staining was for the entire home (original floors throughout the rest of the home). As the customer, we agreed to provide the solid wood floors (brand new & intact). During installation, manager never oversaw the worker hired for the job. In fact, it was my husband and I that had to oversee the worker (which defeats the point of contracting a company). On various occasions, imperfections that were made were brought to the attention of the worker and he responded by commenting that everything would be fixed (not to worry). Once the final clear coating was the last thing pending, we finally received word from the manager to overlook the job because the worker was almost "finished". If a finished job entails: broken walls from the sander, gaps in wood, visible swirls from sanding machine (clearly visible even after staining), warping wood (that was just installed) and an overall disaster made of our "new" wood - then this is a poorly finished job. After contacting the manager, I was adamant that he finally come and visit the job site. After seeing the damage done. His answer to the damages to the walls with the sander was "something to be expected" (their resolution - patch jobs to our new drywall). The swirls from the sander, he claimed to be indeed NOT from the sander and then quickly turned into something that would have been resolved if we allowed the worker to finish (if I'm correct he had mentioned the job was finished - only needing one clear coating). As for the cracks from uneven cuts to install the wood (filled with wood filler), he promised to buy new wood and replace (which never actually happened). After about 4 weeks (of the worker coming back & forth "fixing" the errors made), we finally decided not to proceed with the company (leaving a job unfinished & losing our 50% payment for the job - not to mention all the new wood that was left with uneven cuts & wood filler). After this we were forced to pay another installer to re-sand & re-stain the wood. Doing the job again and costing more money. To sum up, if you have solid wood floors needing installment, sanding, and staining this is definitely NOT the company to go to. The price is not cheap and definitely not worth the job you receive.Below I attached only a few of the errors made.
