Reviews
What customers say
Customers mention helpful service and product variety; one describes an office project after flooding where Damien kept workers on task and got the work done quickly. A homeowner says an outside installer put solid wood in an addition and sanded and stained the existing floors, leaving wall damage, gaps, sanding swirls and warped new boards. The manager visited and promised replacement wood that never arrived; after repeated return visits failed to resolve the problems, the homeowner stopped the unfinished job and hired another installer to re-sand and re-stain the floors.
