Marshall was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when looking for carpet within the showroom, Chris took great care when coming out for our measurements answering any questions I had and offering great recommendations. Colleen was great with the scheduling and worked to ensure we had time in-between to shuffle our furniture and Tim who installed our new carpet was timely, professional and a master at his craft. She came out and measured our rooms and helped us choose the best pet friendly carpet they have. The scheduling for installation was very accommodating and the installation crew was great. They moved the beds and dressers with care. They were on time and polite. I will continue to use Floors with Flair for all my flooring needs in the future.
