We hired Dean to remove the carpets throughout our new home and put down new floors. He suggested LVP and a wholesaler to shop for options. We found one we liked and got to work! We often worked in parallel while I was painting the walls throughout and he was very nice to chat with. We ran into a few complications and I appreciated Dean's solutions, including a flush mounted handle on a crawl space access and other intricate work in the closets and transitions. He was very generous to offer to let me use his tools and he found a person in need to donate our old carpets to.

We bought a house towards the end of last summer. With a good value, and rising market we decided to do some work to add value and resell. The house had a beautiful hickory laminate flooring through the kitchen and hallway. With a drop down living room, as the main focus of the house, we wanted to pull the bland carpet and match the pretty hickory finish. Luckily there was a box left so we were able to track an exact match from lowes. Lowes came out, quoted the job. After a back in forth of things we didn’t need/want (transition at all the drop downs) and around the base of the fire place… we decided to buy the material only there (only place it’s offered).

Dean came out and gave us a nice estimate. Even offered to reuse the trim pieces to cut unnecessary costs (lowes said we HAD to be new trim). The day had come where we had all the material here, and Dean was starting the work.

Day one removed all carpeting, and set the under padding, ground work, and fixed the vents to make sure the vents were flush since the carpet was higher than the flooring sat.

Day two he finished all the flooring (did the whole job solo). He lined the would up with the existing hallway so it flows perfect. Jobs was done, clean and the work looks great. We will use Dean for replacing bedroom carpets come closer to sell time. The trims from the step downs is something we will adjust separately as they were like that pre floor installing.

I’ve been using Seamless Dean for more than 10 years. He is responsible and reliable. Above all he is a visual genius. He is exacting in his measurements. He is polite and cleans up the remodeled area to spotless perfection. I posted a picture of our stairwell. He tore out the old carpet. He carpeted the steps and put LVT on the risers. Look at how tightly wrapped that carpet is around the nose. He will continue to be my preferred contractor for any of my flooring needs.

Milton. Plews on Seamless Dean Flooring

We've used Dean on four different projects over the years and in every case were very satisfied with the results. Our first project was a very challenging sheet vinyl installation where the sheet vinyl transitioned to carpet on a large arc in the middle of the floor. This was very difficult and came out perfect. Since then we've used Dean to install carpet and LVP, and as before he exceeded our expectations. Dean's strongest point is the quality of his installation. We are currently looking at having him install LVP in four other rooms.

I'm delighted with the transformation of the room with the new LVP flooring! Dean gave great advice and help choosing the plank, and got the install done fast. He and Carl paid a lot of attention to detail, giving me an excellent result, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely be calling Dean again for my next flooring project!
