Be very careful of who you choose to do your tile project. We worked with Chris, who was fantastic, and he helped us pick out some great tile choices. Unfortunately, that's where the excellent service ended. Their crew came in, and within a few days, they stopped showing up. They had already torn out all previous tile, and started to replace it when they stoped showing up. They stated it was because whomever measured the tile, an employee, incorrectly measured and the tile wasn't available, nor the grout. after them not showing up for multiple days. We were calling to find out why they never returned and we were left with a tiled floor and bath tub area, but no grout, and the entire shower now needs to be ripped out by another contractor, because the waterproofing and durock was installed so poorly, and incorrectly. We are now paying almost double to fix the issue and the owners response to my wife was "I have no answer for you" as to why they stopped showing up. Not acceptable. They offered my money or the materials back but in no way does it make up for all of the poor work that has to be ripped out and start from scratch. I am a disabled Iraq war vet and don't have a lot of money like other Hilton Head Island residents. Save your money, and be careful of whom you work with.

LOVE OUR NEW FLOOR !We would like to give a Great Big Thank-you to Steve.The owner of Floors To Go.The original tile pattern did not line up properly.Wos (in charge of the install),immediately called Steve and he quickly stepped in to solve the problem.Steve was instrumental with our new tile choice and being able to move forward with our project.He and Wosvaldo were both involved throughout.The installation crew were professional and obviously experienced.The large room had many features that required precise, curved and angle cuts. Our room turned out to be a beautiful, picture perfect room.We Highly Recommend This Company,Mr. and Mrs. Ball
