The staff are very friendly. They can offer suggestions and help answer any questions you may have about your project. The installers did an excellent job and were great at listening to our preferences. They were also pleasant and respectful of the property. Lifestyle assigned a separate project lead who checked with us frequently during and then after the job to make sure that we were pleased.
They did a first class job from start to finish. From assisting us in picking out samples in the showroom, to allowing us to take them home for more than a week, to getting extra large samples of the ones we were most interested in so we could make a final decision, they could not have been more helpful.When it came to installation, their crew was extremely polite and courteous and most respectful of our Home and our belongings. They were extremely efficient in the removal of the old carpeting for the entire second floor of our house and very accommodating in doing whatever rooms we needed to be re-carpeted first so that we could reconnect computers etc. They even moved an extremely heavy pool table in the bonus room and returned it to the exact location it needed to be, such that it is perfectly level.They’re cleanup was so good you couldn’t even tell they had been here and they were happy to put the remnants from the job in one of our attics for future use if necessary. They were five stars all the way!
Exceptional work. We went with a light oak herringbone pattern that came out stunning! Then of course we needed a stair runner. Also fabulous!
The crew faced a difficult task. They needed to remove 400 sqft of 12x12 tile from my kitchen, laundry, and powder rooms. They showed enforce, (5 men) and on time, put up protection and went to work. 2.5 days later I had a new LVP hickory floor and it looks great. The cleanliness of the demo at worst was minimal, considering what they did. The crew was on time, professional, and clean. I have and will continue to highly recommend David and his men. Thank you David.
