RB Flooring did all of the floors in our new home and did not match the European wood with the staircase finish. It is horrible and we've lived with this mismatch every single day for two years since moving in. For almost the whole first year we tried to get them to do something to correct the awful look, only to be told that it would be a huge job, we would have to pay for it, and they really didn't think they could match it. They're in the business of installing hardwood floors and staircases and can't match them? Every time I hear their add and look at the beautiful European hardwoods that do not match the stairs every single day, I think buyer beware!!! The home is beautiful, but the floors have ruined the beauty.I would not use them again, and do not recommend them. They should have been embarassed to have done the job they did in our home.

We had a long-term flooring issue that no one could figure out—until we found RB Flooring. From the start, Robbie took a personal interest in helping us. He was determined to fix our problem and wouldn’t stop until it was right.

Our situation needed to be addressed quickly, and Robbie and his team delivered with fast service, quality materials, and great attention to detail. In addition to solving our flooring issue, they also replaced tile in three bathrooms, and everything looks fantastic! Robbie personally helped us choose the right products and made sure everything was done correctly.

We’re so happy with the results and have already recommended RB Flooring to friends and family. If you want someone who truly cares about getting the job done right, talk to Robbie!
