Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise the staff's professionalism; a repeat builder customer also credits the installers with helping keep work on schedule. One customer reported mud and miscellaneous debris throughout a concrete-floor staining job and said William told them a redo was not an option.

STOP…….DO NOT USE!!!!!!! This company did the concrete floors for my new house. Before applying stain to the floors there was no cleaning done NONE. There are clumps of MUD (a few example photos attached) all throughout the house, after you apply the stain to that the only way to fix it is to redo the floors…..and according to William that is NOT an option. In addition to mud there are clumps of miscellaneous debris EVERYWHERE you look (photos attached). And if that were not enough, the stain was just poured on in places and never even attempted to be evenly spread over the concrete…(don’t worry, there are photos attached for this as well). When contacted William and one of his other “floor people” came out…..Williams reaction to this floor “well, I think it came out pretty good” to which his partner agreed. So, i will leave it up to you to decide if you think the photos you see are what you consider to “pretty good”,

The location is not in the safest area and they desperately need to cut the grass and upkeep the property. Placed an order with William over 3 wks ago yet when I called to inquire about the status, he promptly stated "he had forgotten about it"...how the hell you forget about a PAID IN FULL order?!?!?!

My relationship with Interior Concepts is from a referral standpoint on our Renovation Mortgages that we originate at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. John and his staff are always professional and prompt at meeting clients/realtors at a home to measure property and showcase what flooring they have to offer. Since 2008 and countless clients that we have closed on these type of mortgage programs using their flooring services we have never had a dissatisfied customer.
