I been forced to buy from them bye wolf construction company and its been a year since they finished the job unfortunately we called to inform them that there product is not good and they said we have a life time warranty still no response to solve the problem and by the way its not wood its vinyl flooring

Customer services sucks, I purchased some carpet and informed the man I'll be back the next day to pick it up. I called so to have it ready so I can come get it, and they sold it. Never offer me another brand or color. When trying to get my money back, it was a hassle
Chase and Jim convinced me to buy a glue-down carped for my studio/music room, since the concrete is older and could crack and loosen over time. It saved me A fair amount of money,it looks good, and it’s comfortable. Honest and timely.
People! The (initial) customer service, selection, and purchasing process was A1. Installation onward has been a nightmare. Our den area vinyl flooring started to bubble up after 2 months. Flooring in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms started discoloring shortly after which I later discovered was due to leaking that was happening beneath the flooring due to the contractors not properly reconnecting the toilets. Most days there sits a puddle on the (brand new) carpet outside of the restroom. I am GHASTLY afraid that there is mold presence at this point. Mistakes happen, I can’t discredit the company entirely. The INEXCUSABLE OFFENSE is that Chase and others were made aware of what happened, admitted responsibility, but have neglected to correct this botched job. We’ve been jacked around for going on EIGHT MONTHS now; promises were made after I notified BBB, but we’ve been ghosted. The lack of integrity is despicable and I just advise others to be aware before choosing to bring your business to the establishment. Writing so that hopefully no one else is subjected to the harm and headache.
