EZ floors, and Katy Texas recently installed flooring and all three bedrooms of our home. We work primarily with Ben his customer service and communication was excellent.During the process if I needed to get a hold of Ben within the hour, he answered me patient and kind he was absolutely terrific.The Installation team led by Tony moved all our furniture, all the old carpet and padding and have the house done in one day.They returned all the furniture back to the rooms and did an outstanding job . The two maininstallers were respectful and worked diligently to complete the job.I highly recommend Ben and Tony and the entire staff at EZ floors.They not only delivered on their promises, but exceeded them far above our expectationsThank you again, EZ floor.One last note, we had planned on visiting 3 to 4 flooring companies to rate prices and service, but our first visit and consultation with Ben convinced us that we need not to look any further. I can't say enough good things about Shawn at EZ Floors! He truly went above and beyond during my bathroom and countertop remodel. Working with him was a breeze—he was super easy to talk to, and his communication was fantastic! He helped me choose colors and shared some amazing ideas that I really loved. Highly recommend!
We had a very disappointing experience with this flooring store.We placed our order for flooring and installation in December of last year. The sales experience was great — friendly and responsive before the sale — but everything went downhill after that. The installation was completely unprofessional and careless.The subfloor was left uneven, and the baseboards had visible nail holes roughly every foot — none of which were patched or covered. Some nails were left completely exposed. Our walls were scratched during installation, and overall workmanship was sloppy.We contacted the store immediately and were told someone would come out the next day to inspect the issues. That was the last we ever heard from them — no follow-up, no visit, no solution. Completely unresponsive after getting our money.We regret trusting this company for such an important home project. Great sales service means nothing if the installation and aftercare are this poor.
Great experience at EZ Floors Katy! Shawn was patient in educating us on the different ways wood planks are cut. He was very communicative with us and kept us updated along the way. Garcia, our installer was also great, replacing a few planks that we didn’t care for and making sure we were satisfied with the install. We receive many compliments on our floor and are thrilled that years from now it can be refinished if needed. I highly recommend Shawn at EZ Floors.
Jay is top notch! We had an excellent purchasing experience, excellent installation experience, and their craftsmanship was phenomenal. We are so happy with how well this turned out and how efficient and professional the installation crew was... 100% top notch! The guys were telling me that they've been with EZ Floors for 17 years, and it shows! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
