These folks were excellent! I wasn’t looking forward to having the work done after reading horror stories about contractors online, but Katy tile and marble absolutely blew me away. Everyone from the store staff (Astrid) to the owner/GC (Gabriel) to every craftsman used on my project was outstanding! Gabriel kept informed about who was coming, and what to expect all along the way! Very important to me! Everything happened like clockwork. Katy Tile and Marble completely redid my bathroom (tile floor, shower and countertops), as well as painted a few rooms, and re-carpeted the entire house. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were a one-stop shop! I highly recommend Katy Tile and Marble and give them 5 stars!!!

If you are looking for a company to tile your home, look no further. I have never worked with a company that was so on top of our kitchen remodel as Katy Tile & Marble. I consider Gabriel, the great communicator. He stopped by each morning to “check in” on the progress. He was always telling me when each group of folks were coming. He said it would take four days and it did!! All of his contractors were polite and very neat/clean. I highly recommend Katy Tile & Marble.

Katy Tile & Marble just finished a complete remodel of our late 1970’s primary bathroom and the transformation is incredible! From the initial contact to the project completion, I was kept informed of the project timeline.
I had been planning my dream bathroom renovation for quite awhile so I had a rough “plan”in my mind. William and Elena helped with the actual details and Elena patiently helped me with choosing tiles and color schemes. (I also had my bedroom carpet replaced with porcelain tile.)
The project began about three weeks later. Big thanks to Gabriel, the project manager, who was phenomenal from start to finish! If he wasn’t on site, he called and texted daily with status updates and to let me know who would be arriving and when. If any changes to the plan were needed he kept me up to date with the details. Special thanks to George, Juan, Hugo, Rafael, Minh, Binh and Jose for all your hard work making sure every detail was perfect! I am super happy with the outcome and look forward to using my dream bathroom for years to come. I would definitely recommend Katy Tile & Marble!
