We ordered an area rug on line and 9 days later it still had not arrived. Contacted the store on the 22nd Dec and they had not received it yet and hoped to have it that afternoon and would ship it. The next day, a store employee personally delivered it to our house in Belleville from the Kingston Store. Just before Christmas. Thank you!
We're thrilled with the runners we had custom bound and installed by Alexanian Kingston. The store experts were a dream from the second we walked in -- I wanted something natural looking and done as a runner. They listened to the fact that we had dogs, and worked their providers to ensure we were getting the most durable to material that also matches our preference. After shopping they came right over and did the measurements for us. The installers were also incredible. On time, tidy, kind and lovely, and fastidious in making sure everything was perfect. Cost was reasonable given the product and customization; I was given a cost break down early on so I could understand where I could save (i.e. binding styles, etc.). Could not recommend this team enough. The results speak for themselves -- we went all over Kingston, only Alexanian could deliver on this exact look, otherwise we'd have to get installers from Toronto.
We had a very positive experience with Courtney and the team at Alexanian in Kingston! We used them for a carpet runner on our main staircase. They came to the house and brought samples to try and match existing carpets in the house. They provided expert opinions and advice to help us make the best choice for our particular staircase and individual needs. We ended up with a runner that was exactly what we wanted! Installation was fast and pricing was transparent. A 10/10 experience from start to finish!

We carpeted our entire upstairs and the staircase and had a great experience with Alexanian. Courtney was terrific to work with. He came twice to measure because we did have some challenging areas and he wanted to ensure it was measured right. Installers were very good too. On time, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing! The picture is of the curved portion of our staircase and posed some challenges, but they did a great job!I've been back again and purchased two area rugs for a couple of areas on my main floor.
